UNESCO: Congo's World Heritage Sites

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and UNESCO organized a high-level meeting in Kinshasa on 14 January 2011, to discuss ways of strengthening protection of the five DRC sites inscribed on the List of World Heritage in Danger. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director-General and the Prime Minister signed the Kinshasa Declaration. Press Release
