The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) held a meeting of government-designated experts of Latin America and the Caribbean, preparatory to the UNCSD (Rio+20). The event convened under the title: "A green economy in the context of sustainable development and poverty eradication and the institutional framework for sustainable development."
