WIPO: Text on Traditional Knowledge

Experts meeting at the 2nd Intersessional Working Group of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) focused on the consolidation and streamlining of text on the protection of traditional knowledge.

The meeting's outcome - a consolidated, streamlined text on the protection of traditional knowledge - will be submitted to the 18th session of the WIPO IGC, to be held from 9-13 May 2011, in Geneva. [WIPO Press Release] [Meeting Documents]
